A comprehensive listing of all products that are imported and distributed by Gondolier.

The products displayed are grouped together by one of the following criteria: Manufacturer, Product Range and Industry Type. The display criteria type and value are selected by the site visitor.

These documents are grouped by Manufacturer and Product Range. The site visitor may select any combination of the aforementioned criteria in order to display a list of the available documents that are relevant to him/her.

The name of each distributor is displayed together with it's contact details in the form of physical address, telephone and facsimile numbers together with email and web site addresses where applicable.

The distributors displayed are grouped together by region and type of product/s supplied by each distributor. Region and product type are selected by the site visitor.

A basic search facility that enables the site visitor to find a specific product, document, part or accessory.

How it works:

The search "word" supplied by the site visitor is matched against all of the following values:

Products - Name, Gondolier Code & Manufacturer Code
Parts - Description, Gondolier Code & Manufacturer Code
Accessories - Description, Gondolier Code & Manufacturer Code
Documents - Title
Technical Information - Title, Summary
News - Title, Content

A "match" is considered to be found if the search "word" matches any part of any word in the above values. In other words, searching for the value "for", will find the following matches:

For, format, transformer, etc.

If more than one "word" is searched for (seperated by space), this facility treats these as seperate searches, but combines the results. In these cases, a match is considered to be found if one of the searched values contains any of the search "words". For example, searching for the value "plasma for", will find the following matches:

High Voltage Transformer
Plasma 162 Specification Sheet
Timer Knob for all Migs / Plasmas

With the exception of Tech Info and News Items, all matches found are displayed in relation to the Product. Therefore, if a match is found for a Part, Accessory or Product Document - these values will be displayed subordinate to the product/s they are related to.

Products are sequenced alphabetically by Manufacturer Name and then Product Name.

A more advanced search facility that allows for the selective filtering of search results.

This facility determines matches in exactly the same way as the Quick Search, but in addition allows the site visitor to limit the search results by one or more of the following criteria:

Manufacturer Name
Product Range
Industry Type
Document Type

Selecting a specific value for any of the above criteria will limit the scope of the search to only the products and technical information documents that are related to that specific Manufacturer, Product Range, Industry or Document Type (where relevant). The site visitor may select any combination of one or more of the aforementioned filering criteria.

PLEASE NOTE:

When a specific Document Type is selected, the search facility will find matches amongst the Product Document Titles, Technical Information Document Titles and Technical Information Document Summaries only! No matches with Products, Parts, Accessories or News Items will be displayed in these cases.
